Thank you so much for all that you have done for me in the last 8 weeks. I had no idea how dramatic a change I would see in my body and my running in such a short time. Hi Julie, I just got a call from John on his way home from his annual check-up. Drum roll please....178 Lbs. So my question for you is this...did you sneak him a tape worm? 32 Lbs lost thanks to you and John. He looks great, moves better on the bases and behind the plate and has better stamina. I thought I would pass along an update on another Julie success story!

Hey Julie! So, I know my eight weeks is up but I would really like to say thank you! I have been eating so well lately. I was so excited last weekend because I wore a white dress that I've wanted to wear forever and actually felt so good in it. I feel really good and have gotten good at making food-based decisions. I realized that some of the things are a little impractical living out of the dining commons and spending so much time in class and studying. I'm not trying to rush it right now because I'm so busy, but I'm still at the gym as much as I can be. Thanks so much and I'll let you know when I reach my goal!

Her inviting style made it easy for students to engage in her talk and feel free to ask questions and comment throughout the hour. Hi Julie. Over the summer, I committed to Vanderbilt University so I'm signed and all set for college! It's a real load off especially because the normal stresses of the average junior in high school don't apply. Now I just have to work even harder to get ready for Division 1 baseball in the SEC.

Hi Julie, Thanks for checking in—we miss you! I’m pleased to report that Charlie is off to a great start, and using everything you taught him during every meal and every practice. He makes such good food choices, and has incredible willpower. He is maintaining his weight at 210, and seems to have plenty of energy for football and the rest Nobles demands. I’m sure he’ll check in with you himself when he has a free minute.

Charlie shared that you gave a wonderful presentation during early football. He said you kept them on the edge of their seats for more than 45 minutes—no easy feat! He also said they had all sorts of questions. Thank you on behalf of all the parents!!

What would Julie do? is a question I ask myself several times a day. Working with Julie has been life changing for me. She helped me to get camera ready when I shot a yoga video. The work that we did together has changed me for the better and has changed my relationship with food.
