Even during this electronic age, there is nothing that can replace a face to face interaction. Because eating can be personal and may be emotionally charged, it is vital to an employee’s success to have an on‐going relationship with someone they can trust. Creating healthy habits that become part of a lifestyle takes time and requires support throughout the process. Having personal access to a professional has been shown to be a key factor of long term success. Kinetic Fuel will staff an employee on-site as a personal and confidential resource.
Employees will have the opportunity to sit face‐to‐face with a nutritionist.
Many employees spend multiple meal and snack times at work; therefore, having access to convenient, healthy options is imperative to eating well, feeling good and being productive. Kinetic Fuel will work with dining services for cafeteria selections or with the employee responsible for stocking an on‐floor kitchen. If lunches are being ordered out or if dining‐in services are being utilized, Kinetic Fuel will recommend the most nutritious options from the healthiest restaurants.
