Nutritional Plans

Eight (8) Weeks

» Athlete will meet with Julie to discuss completed intake form, goals, schedule and food preferences as well as to scroll through photo food journal. Weight, body fat and circumference measurements will be taken if a shift in body composition is a goal.

» Athlete will receive an analysis of current intake and a customized plan for improvement to support performance and body composition that includes calories/day broken down into meals/day. Training and competition will be taken into consideration and recommendations or practices and game day will be included..

» The athlete will have as needed access to Kinetic Fuel via txt/email over his/her 8 week program and will meet every 2 weeks for 8 weeks.

Twelve (12) Weeks

» Athlete will meet with Julie to discuss completed intake form, goals, schedule and food preferences as well as to scroll through photo food journal. Weight, body fat and circumference measurements will be taken if a shift in body composition is a goal.

» Athlete will receive an analysis of his/her initial food journal and a customized plan for nutritional improvements to support performance that include calories per day broken down into macronutrients per day (protein, carbohydrates, fat, water) and meals per day with suggestions of food/meals to support macros body composition goals and performance. Training and competition will be taken into consideration and recommendations or practices and game day will be included.

» Athlete will meet with Julie every 2 weeks to review progress and make modifications to ensure success. Coordination with coaches, athletic trainers and physical therapists will be as needed

» The athlete will have as needed access to Julie via txt/email throughout the duration of the 12 week program.

Pro Plan

» Athlete will meet with Julie to discuss completed intake form, goals, schedule and food preferences as well as to scroll through photo food journal. Weight, body fat and circumference measurements will be taken if a shift in body composition is a goal. Coordination with coach, strength and conditioning coach and staff as needed.

» Athlete will receive a complete analysis of his/her initial food log and a customized plan for performance enhancement & body composition changes. This will include calories/day broken down into macronutrients (protein, carbs, fat, water) per day, along with meal suggestions, recipes and grocery list. Grocery shopping, meal delivery and personal chef services available.

» Julie will meet with or follow up with athlete and trainer or coach weekly to review progress and make any necessary modifications.

» Navigating menus, game day nutrition, hydration and recovery along with eating on the road will be discussed.

» The athlete will have as needed access to correspondence via email/text with Julie throughout the duration of the program and will meet every 1-2 weeks for the duration of the 12 weeks in order to ensure progress. Duration may be extended based on the needs of the player.
